Tennis Australia:
Active Tennis Coaching as an Australian Tennis Organisation may be required to share information with Tennis Australia. This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with Tennis Australia’s privacy policy. Active Tennis Coaching adheres to the Tennis Australia Safegaurding Children Guidelines and Member Protection Policy.

Collection of information:
In order to use the website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email. Any information collected by Active Tennis Coaching is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via telephone, email or directly through our website.

Use of collected information:
Any details collected from Active Tennis Coaching customers are required in order to provide you with our services and/or products, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of collected information:

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate your details by emailing

Active Tennis Coaching uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, account information, and critical service details. Active Tennis Coaching does not share any information with third parties, except Tennis Australia, for any unknown or unrelated uses.

Security policy:
Active Tennis Coaching uses Stripe and Zeller for its online credit card transactions. Stripe and Zeller process online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Stripe and Zeller are secured payments.

Delivery policy:
Active Tennis Coaching offers tennis coaching services to interested parties. Delivery of these services is offered at the times and dates specified when signing up to various classes, and Active Tennis Coaching undertakes to deliver these services to the best of their ability. Wet weather policy:

If a group lesson needs to cancelled due to wet weather, players are able to attend a make-up lesson during the Term the lesson was cancelled in if there is availability in other classes. If a player is not able to attend a make-up lesson then that player is entitled to a refund if such is requested. If a session needs to be cancelled you will receive an email advising of such, credits may also be used to book future lessons.

Our payment policy:
Active Tennis Coaching requires payment in advance for all classes. Payments may be made with Stripe, Zeller, EFT or cash prior to attending classes. If full payment has not been received, students will not be permitted to participate. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Liability Disclaimer:
By booking our tennis lesson services, you release Active Tennis Coaching and its partners and affiliated officers, directors, agents, employees and contractors from and waive all claims, damages and liabilities whatsoever for the property damage loss, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with your or your childs participation in our tennis services. 

Our tennis services include walking your child directly to and from Ainslie After School Care to the Braddon or Ainslie Tennis Club on days when your child is attending Ainslie After School Care and booked in for our tennis services. Your agreeance to our Terms of Service authorises Active Tennis Coaching to walk your child directly to and from Ainslie After School Care to the Braddon or Ainslie Tennis Club on days when your child is attending Ainslie After School Care and booked in for our tennis services.

Refund and returns policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services you have purchased please email within 7 days so that we can resolve any problems. Active Tennis Coaching will not supply refunds for non-attendance. If you no longer wish to continue with lessons you have booked in the future then a $55 administration fee will be charged to cancel your future booked sessions.

In respect of group lessons, if you are not able to attend a lesson due to being unwell or for any other reason then you are welcome to attend a make-up lesson during the enrolled term where a spot in an equivalent lesson type is available. A maximum of two(2) make-up lessons may be made during the enrolled term. All make-up lessons must be booked online at Refunds will not be provided for any group lessons due to a player being unwell or for any non-attendance reason.


To cancel a private lesson this must be done at least 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled to start by contacting or 0431 040 448 otherwise the lesson fee will be charged. This is necessary as a coach will be organised to attend the lesson.
