Fitness Classes

Get active with our new Fitness Classes designed to improve your fitness! Your heart will be racing as we take you through various cardio and strength training exercises. Tennis elements are incorporated into these sessions but the focus is not hitting tennis balls rather improving your fitness.

If you're wanting to improve your fitness (which underpins tennis results) then these sessions are for you!

Fitness Classes are designed for everyone (adults and kids), no matter your current fitness level and age.

 

Group Fitness Classes are held at Braddon Tennis Club and at the oval directly adjacent to the Club. 

The cost is $22 per session, join at anytime!

Group Fitness Classes are on Mondays 7-8pm and Sundays 8-9am. Book one or two sessions a week book online!

We also offer personal fitness classes - contact us to book.
